There's a gap in how operational help gets delivered. Large consulting firms are built for enterprise clients — expensive, slow, and staffed with junior analysts once the partner leaves. Generalists don't have the industry depth to understand what's actually broken in a supply chain, an engineering process, or a manufacturing operation. And most small businesses don't have the internal resources to fix it on their own.
Afton was founded in Houston by operators who spent years inside large organizations and kept seeing the same problem: businesses with serious operational complexity and no access to the people who could actually fix it.
We built Afton to fill that gap — four practice areas, one team, and a commitment to staying involved from first assessment through the last deliverable. We don't send a report and disappear. We show up, figure out what's broken, and stay until it's fixed.
